I hope the tablet will have a better battery because the larger screen will consume the batery and some off us, use this tablet very much, almost all day long so …i whant a baterry that will last longer…

Samsung Are Such Copycats !
How is that possible when the iPad 3 isn’t even out yet. How can you copy when you have not seen it. Samsung’s new tablet will be 11.6 inches, iPads are 9.7 inches. Same retina screen as iPad 3? It will have a higher resolution according to rumors. Bigger, faster, lighter and thinner are all design goals of every tablet maker. Any dummy can figure that out. That’s normal product evolution. Not an Apple monopoly. Besides Samsung designs and makes the LCD panels. Apple does not. They buy from Samsung, LG and others. How is Samsung copying the retina screen?

Did Apple not copy the mp3 player from somebody? I had one long before iPods came out.
They are the biggest bunch of copycats and lockup artists that people never knew about.
To quote SJ. “Good artist copy, great artists steal” and steal they did. You only have to look harder.

I’m so looking forward to this thing as a mobile ‘portfolio’ for showing and sharing photographs with others in person. I’ve been waiting for high-resoltion (dpi) screens for a long time… it’ll be great to have them in a format that’s actually useful.

Good on you SAMSUNG for keeping up with Apple rumours.
MAXIMUM-Innovation, Apple’s screen was recolutionary because it was the first “retina” display. Also, where do you source your info?

Of course, you realize that Samsung created the Retina display for both formats, and they were the first begin stockpiling said screens for this upcoming generation of tablets. Ergo… Apple is copying Samsung this time around.

It should also be noted that Apple is given credit for innovation even when they are merely reactionary. Take for instance the Retina display on the iPhone 4… That was a reaction to the Android phones that came before it having a significantly higher resolution display when compared to the iPhone 3G(S). So, Android puts in a signficantly higher resolution display than an Apple product, and it’s no biggy or perhaps they are “blatantly copying”, but when Apple does the same thing about a year later, they are the awe inspiring gods of creation and life itself, and our former friend Steve Jobs is the most innovative man in the world… RIIIIIGHT. No journalistic bias in the above article… none at all.

I also like how you didn’t even really mention that it’s interesting or “innovative” that Samsung is pushing up the screen size by nearly 2 inches…. that’s a risky move in the current tablet market, but nah, they are just blatantly copying Apple’s genius. Apple invented screens.

funny thing, samsung designs and supplys the screens for apples devices, and the first tablet to talk about having a high res display was supposed to be the next motorola soon. Get your facts straight you apple iZalot. I’m looking forward more for samsungs, because it actually has an Os capable of using that high res display to its full potential.
